1kg maalvleis

15ml sout

25ml spekvleis, swoerdloos, gesnipper

knypie neutmuskaat

tafelsmaakmiddel na smaak

2 snye witbrood (gekrummel)

25ml asyn

10ml koljander

knypie kaneel


 x 250ml koekmeelblom

500g botter

1 eiergeel

5ml sout

12.5ml suurlemoensap

250ml water


Braai al die vulsel bestanddele saam totdat die vleis geurig bruin verkleur is. Laat afkoel.


Sif meelblom en sout saam. Vryf botter in tot dit lyk soos broodkrummels. Voeg eiergeel, suurlemoensap en genoeg water by om ‘n hanteerbare deeg te vorm. Rol deeg uit op ‘n meelbestrooide oppervlak. Plaas bietjie vleis bo-op deeg. Smeer kante met eierwit. Rol op. Verf mengsel van geklitse eiergeel en melk bo-oor. Bak vir 45 minute lank in ‘n voor verhitte oond teen 180°C tot goudbruin. Sny in worsrolletjies. Lewer ongeveer 5 dosyn worsrolletjies.
