Your zone or rather where your most comfortable in, is something to truly be aware of. It takes some people years to really figure it out while others are just born knowing.
Most people are the former rather than the later of that statement. For some its a day in nature, others sports and so on. Wherever your relaxing place is, whatever makes you feel comfortable and in your element, do more of it.
This might help you recharge from a long day. Life can get stressful and what better way to offset that stress than to do whatever you love!
